What a disaster of a run, I got out after work, and the plan was to do about 30 minutes, after 10 minutes of what was a sluggish run, I got a stitch and headed for the hotel, all in all I did about 15 minutes and didn’t feel too good.

Today is the last day of the antibiotic, and I don’t think I’m better, actually I feel worse.
