In the Road Racing for Serious Runners by Pete Pfitzinger and Scott Douglas they have the following table to help people calculate their finish times for different races – assuming the training has been completed.
I’m thinking for Dublin (assuming I get over this Sinus Infection) based on my last few races I should be capable for about 3 hours 20 min – so targeting 3 hours 30 min gives a small bit of buffer.
