Targets for Dublin

What do I want to achieve?
What would be a great result?
What would be an amazing result?

These were the questions Peter asked me last Friday during physiotherapy.

I answered 3:30 would be a great result and I believe I can achieve it.

3:15 would be an amazing result (3:10 is the qualifying time for Boston)

3:00 would be a dream result.

Peter told me in 18 months I could achieve a 3 hour marathon!

He also told me I need to build muscle to get there.
