Today was to be my first coaching session this year with Peter Maher, (who I discovered his daughter is married to my first cousin)

I arrived about 20 minutes early for the session, and there was no sign of anyone there, I waited until 18:30 before I called the office number, Breda called me back to say Peter was waiting for me on Monday night, and did I get the day wrong, also they were helping my cousin to move house tonight!

Anyway Breda will call me (hopefully tomorrow) to arrange a replacement session.

I’m really looking forward to getting really started. I decided to do nothing tonight (small bit of stretching) in preparation for the EMC 5k tomorrow night.

And guess what Sinead went out for her 2nd night on her 0 to 60 program.

I’m really impressed that she is keeping it up.
