Last night was the first session of a 6 week course of Pilates I’ve started.
So how was it you ask, well as a first night it was easy, the last course after the first session I was sore, I’m not now.
Maybe I’m not sore because I’m fitter or maybe it was easy.
DOMS – Delayed on-set Muscle Soreness, It took 24 hours before I began to feel sore, so yes it is working
