What a great day, the sun was shining and it was great to get out.

I did the normal 4 miles, and probably did them a bit fast 🙂

On the way back my left hip was letting me know it was there.

As I still haven’t found the ANT device I haven’t uploaded anything to endomondo. I need to find an ANT.
