The rain was amazing – I’d say if I went out it that I’d have been sore with the pelting and the chances of a cold would have been high. So I didn’t run.
Today writing this I feel a bit like a caged animal as I haven’t run in 2 days – I’ll get out today for an easy 30 minutes while everyone else in PGi are having Pizza and I’ll have my healthy pasta salad when I get back.
Pilates: I didn’t go to class, but I did stretch at home.
I did the plan – 10 min warmup, 20 min Marathon pace & 10 min cooldown.

The marathon day is getting really close now, I’ve done all the work I can do and I’m feeling really strong – I can do this.
Today I didn’t run – the day got away from me. I was to go for a 30 min very easy jog and I stretched instead.
Today I’m 40!
The plan today was to do 10 miles at 8:00 min/mile pace and I more or less achieved that.
