Remarks: I nailed this run, I kept needing to hold myself back. It is these types of runs which I really enjoy and remind me why I like training for events and love running.
KatieAnn was with me on this run, I though of her a lot.
Todays run was a 15 min warmup, 4 miles at 7 min pace (marathon pace) and recovery for 10 min – I also set the watch to tell me when my Heart rate dropped to 120 BPM – I actually started to walk to get it to drop below 125!
