I had the session with Peter tonight, and I need to start keeping the training diary.

 

It was a good session, and I was surprised with the numbers (Peter is to send the figures on) I believe I was about 14% body fat!

 

I need to remove either the Cork to Cobh or the Charleville 1/2 Marathon, they are just too close together to race both of them!

 

Peter is to send on the initial plan over the next few days.
