10 mile run

This was the first long run since the 15th March as my Exercise, Health Studies & Personal Training course has killed my weekends.

 

I really enjoyed the run, I spent the first 6 miles telling myself to slow down, and the last 4 miles were an effort.

At one point of the run my hip flexors on the left hand side complained and that is to be expected!

I was knackered after the run, and I ate all around me.
