Conditions: Dry with a bit of wind
Remarks: I gave up…. I ended up running 3 x 1 mile intervals instead of the planned 4. I’m so annoyed with myself for stopping – it only took a small thought and I ended up stopping.
The Intervals were tough – I found maintaining the 6:35 min/mile pace too much
Recovery: Got home, did the protein drink, stretched, had dinner, pint of water, said good night to the kids and went back out the door for Yoga
Energy Levels during the day: I had stayed up way too late last night (1:30am) and I paid for it today, so while my energy levels were actually ok, I’m thinking that is what got me in the intervals.
