Tuesday – 4 x 1 mile intervals

Great run, I felt really strong.

Only issue is, it was only Neil and myself doing speedwork, and Neil only ran the first mile, the first recovery, 1/2 of the second mile the 3rd recovery and 1/2 the 4th Mile. While the run was good, it would be great to be running with people and I feel guilty for not running with the club.
